A Coordination and Support Action coordinated by Technische Universität Dresden that supports Ukrainian cities on their path to climate neutrality. Khmelnytskyi National University leads the Khmelnytskyi pilot on adaptive traffic management, which develops traffic-pattern recognition and reinforcement-learning signal control and tests them in a calibrated simulation of the city's road network.
